hey all, im having a issues with code factory, i had the samsung ace and thought i deactivated my mobile speak and it said it was deactivated and then when i moved 2 verizon and tried 2 activate my ozone, it says my licenese is still on the samsung ace, and the ace said it was "deactivated" now code factory is giving me stuff sayin i need 2 get the IMEI # and the phone is already sent back to the store where it came from i mean customer service and i dont think there is a way how i can get the IMEI # and they wana charge me 75 dollars 4 a new licenese when there servers r the 1 who told me my device was deactivated!!!
what do u think i should do?
I feel like i shouldnt have 2 pay the 75 dollars cauz it isnt my fault that it said it was deactivated it is the servers fault!!
and i had another issue with mobilespeak back in june but i used the same exact e-mail address, same exact name, and the same exact user ID. so someone, please help!!!

Try with them again, but be calm with them. Be nice. I had the same problem a few months back with a phone, and they reset the license. Just explain your situation calmly and rationally, and they should be willing to help you out.

No no. Try again. Tell them this wasn't your fault, that you did everything correctly, and you don't feel you should be billed for something that was their server's fault. I'm telling you. They helped me.
You could even email them the receipts from the stores if you have them.
i dont have the receipt i paid the stores for the phone i bought it over the phone on my friends account my friend added me a line 2 his account n stuff. please help!!

Did you pay with a debit card? if you did, you can show prouth that you payed form something to them with your bank stament, if you don't have them, then talk to your bank about getting a copy.
I was wondering if someone could help me as well. My phone works but mobile speak does not. I don't know what I did to it but one day, it just stopped working. My volume on my phone is up all the way but I do not hear anything from ms. I can hear the phone dialing and beeping just fine but nothing talks. I've tried uninstalling ms and reinstalling it but it still does not work. I tried hitting home-0 to unmute it but nothing happens. How do I know if the problem is with my phone or mobile speak? I mean my phone works just fine. It just doesn't read anything anymore. I am really at a loss. Can someone help? Thank you very much for your time.

Try doing a hard reset, returning everything to factory, then reinstalling MS. I had that problem one time, and doing that fixed it. Make sure you back everything you want to keep up though with Active Sync.
i bought it in august of 08 with a prepaid greendot card thingy.. i mean i dont know y hey actin so funny about it, i mean i bought the licenece it is my property they actin like they cant undo it thats a bunch of b.s. what the fuck!!
To kristabell I am having that same stupid problem with the ace. I just hop one of these days it will fix itself. Is till have my ace but when I connect it ever since I switched my service and do not have sprint it for some reason will not sink. weird.b
yea thats the same damn phone im havin issues with it says my licenes is still activated on the samsung ace which is crazy i think we should sew them!!
